National Sports Day 2025

On 29th August, we gathered together to mark the birth anniversary of the Wizard of Hockey, Major Dhyan Chand, celebrated as National Sports Day.

The Principal, Mrs. Promini Chopra, spoke about his determination, his winning mindset and his contributions to the nation and the sport, all of which we remember with great reverence.

To honour this legendary figure, the school organised a friendly hockey match between the Alumni and the current Hockey Team with Siddharth Shekhar Singh and Harsh Nath Jha as the captains. The much awaited match saw the two teams bringing incredible energy to the field with the Alumni emerging victorious by 2/0.

Both the teams were applauded for their sportsmanship and were presented mementos for their enthusiastic participation.
